Perfect for me

I’m using the Ghost Max SE as my daily NYC commuting shoes and general walkers. They’re great. Supportive, high-stack, not squishy. They run a full size small for me, which is really unusual in my case, even for athletic shoes (usual 8.5, needed 9.5). I would describe the fit as roomy. I love the look of the black tones and biscuit sole. Tired of all black.

Super comfortable and sturdy shoe. A bit tight in the toe box for me personally. They seem to have stretched slightly with wear.

I have ordered several size 8 brooks shoes in the past and have loved them. I have recently ordered 2 of this style; one size 8 and I Loved the comfort in the arch and sole but ran short in the toe area so I returned for a 8 1/2. Same issue. Im going to give it one more try and go up to a 9 in hopes that they fit better in the toe area but I am concerned they'll be too big in the heal so we'll see.

Unfortunately the toe box was too cramped so I had to return. I’m waiting for your newest Ghost 4, and my fingers are crossed you offer them in darker colors!

These are SO different than the previous Ghost Max. They're not anywhere near as cushiony and they feel cheap. It's a bummer. I have ankle arthritis and the Ghost Max were one of the few shoes I could wear...not these. I looked past the hideous design because they felt good to wear. These are ugly and feel bad.

Bring Back the Original Ghost Max

I have purchased Ghost for years and then switched over to Ghost Max for the last several years. The original Ghost Max is the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. I have worn all of my original Ghost Max shoes down and needed to update. Unfortunately it seems like when Brooks has a good thing going they change the shoe completely. The new Brooks 2 and 3 don't fit or feel the same. Way to tight in the toes, and the the heel is cut shorter and the back of my heel feels like it is going to slip out of the shoe. Bring back the original Ghost Max.

These shoes help me get through the workday and go for walks with minimal foot pain. I have plantar fasciitis and I switch between my Ghost 15 and Ghost Max SE. Great cushion and shock absorption. The biscuit colored sole reminds me of bread.

Use them for work as a nurse. Most comfortable shoe yet.
