Great for skip and bounding work!
Bought a pair of these recently and the aquamarine blue color make them so fun! The Glycerin shoes fit great and feel like a hug on my feet while I run. These are in my rotation for my run day when I do some skips so the cushion is perfect. Highly recommend!

By the second run, my feet were loving the Glycerin 22!
This was the first time I'd tried the Glycerin shoe, although I had previously worn Ghost a few years ago. I like the cushiony feel, and it's not too much, unlike some other super-cushioned running shoes. I didn't feel like I'd fall over on these! While running, my feet were sore the first time, but by the second run I was quite comfortable. I think it took time for my feet to get used to them. I really like them now though! Great running shoes, super comfortable!

I absolutely love these! I can wear these all day long and walk miles and miles at Disney and my feet feel so much better. The cushion in these don’t compare to anything else I have ever worn.

Just Grab them-seriously
Glycerin has been my go to running shoe for several years. I love the just right cushioning and support for me.

I’m not sure if the glycerins are being made differently but my last two pairs just don’t seem right. These have been my shoe of choice for quite sometime. These first few pairs were fine. Great cushioning. Held up well. These past two pairs it feels like the cushioning wears out after only a few wears. For example I bought my current pair and started wearing them around 9/5. I log appx 30 miles a week and they already feel like they need to be replaced. This is quite frustrating since they aren’t exactly a low priced shoe. Yes I alternate shoes. I follow all of the rules of running shoe care. These were the ones recommended by Fleet Feet when I did my walk test so I prefer to wear ones that have been recommended by the experts.

Not as good as the Glycerin 21
Still my favorite style running shoe, but the Glycerin 20 and 21 are definitely better in my opinion. This toe is more narrow in this shoe; they still fit my feet fine but the toe on the 20 and 21 are more aesthetically pleasing. The tongue is also thicker which I don’t like. The 22 also feels bulkier and it’s taking longer for me to break these shoes in. I will still choose this running shoe over other brooks shoes but I really hope the next Glycerin version will be similar to the 20 and 21… don’t mess with a good thing!

Disappointing
Quite disappointing. Not as comfortable as they used to be. Too bulky and the inner compression doesn’t feel well. I own over 10 pairs of glycerin and the 22 is a waste. 20 was by far the best one!

Always Brooks Glycerins!
I have loved Brooks Glycerins for my runs and cross training for over a decade now! This year's color combination #429 (Blue Ribbon/Peacoat/Dianthus) is gorgeous--would love to a similar option every year--and I'm so glad it came in my 6.5 wide width (sometimes the cuter color combinations aren't to be found for my unusual size feet). My one gripe: the Glycerin 22s introduce an eyelets-loops-eyelets-loops-eyelets lace tightening system, and I've found the eyelets allow the laces to slip as I'm working my way up the shoe. I have to do some present-wrapping style finagling to keep them at the tension I prefer--if anyone has tips, I welcome them!
