  • In between cardio, using them for my strength training as well.
  • This is attached on the other 3 corners.
  • Sorry to say but this is very uncomfortable for me.
  • Maybe try cushiony inserts for less pain.
  • Running extra miles!

Good looking but not comfortable

I used to wear Trace model for many years. My trace 2 lasted 4 years, was wearing every day and was very happy with them. Now I am very dissatisfied with Trace 4. First, the regular width is super narrow in black ones, but blue/ white color width is fine. Also, the midsole doesn't have enough cushioning and it actually hurts my feet. Will try Hoka.

Lighter and comfortable

I haven’t had the chance to fully test them yet, but compared to my previous shoes, which caused pain in my foot arch, these have completely resolved that issue. The foam feels soft, the shoe is lighter, and overall they’re very comfortable. The only downside is that they’re a bit slippery on rainy days. I don’t think they were designed for wet conditions. But overall, I’m satisfied.

Not bad

Decent shoes. Could use more arch support, but that’s my feet, not the shoe really. The shoe also forces me to pronate which is fine bc I naturally supinate so I think it helps me stay in alignment better.

I love running in my Trace 4’s. They are comfortable for my mid distance runs 2-5 miles. I have a few in rotation

Great for running around the ED!!

Great shoes!!! 👟 I love them while running around the ED!! They have absolutely also helped alleviate some of the pain of my plantar fasciitis!!!

Runs a Little Small

This pair of Brooks run somewhat smaller in length than my 2 other pairs. Width is fine. Otherwise pretty comfortable
