Not quality

This product is horrible. It is so muffled you can even make out what’s being said in the microphone… no matter the adjustments made to the device. I am glad I tested it out before I gave it to my child on Christmas. It went back to the store immediately. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

do not buy from this seller

I bought this and it was clearly a returned, used item. The box's adhesive was t sticking because it was already opened, and inside the box everything was thrown in there and half of the items were not wrapped. A metal bar was not wrapping causing damage to everything in the box.
