Love it
I am in love with this comfort pillow. It is memory foam and has a cooling effect as well. It comes with a washable pillow case on top of the actual pillow. The pillow case is thick with a zipper to remove it. My head is supported great as well as my neck. My head melts into the pillow allowing me a nice relaxing sleep.

Almost perfect
This pillow offers the best of two worlds. It’s soft and squishy but also has a firmness to it that keeps it shape while sleeping. It doesn’t flatten out as much as my memory foam pillow. You can see the height difference in the 2nd picture. It is very fluffy. My husband tried this pillow also, and has pretty much stolen it from me. He sleeps on his back and his side, so it suits him perfectly. I mainly sleep on my back, so sometimes it feels a tad tall for me. It has dual temp cover - for hot or cold. We only used the cool side. Over all great pillow. My husband gives it 5 stars while I give it 4.

This pillow is amazing! I always have a hard time finding a pillow that won’t make my neck hurt and this one is it. It’s breathable and the perfect design for a comfortable sleep. Very durable and amazing quality.

High-quality pillow
This Brookstone 2-in-1 pillow is great, but I wouldn't call it perfect for me personally. For context, I'm a side sleeper. I generally like a pillow that's both medium-stuffed and medium-firm. I want to be able to slightly sink into it, but I still want it to be filled enough to support my head and neck. Additionally, I often have trouble falling/staying asleep. Lastly, I often sweat quite a bit in my sleep. With all that being said, I can't stress enough how well-made this pillow is. The cover is VERY thick and plush. Its 2-sided design is great - the "cool" side actually stays cool, as my head doesn't sweat much when using it. Then when you flip it inside-out, the plush side is super soft and comfortable, like resting on a big cottonball (but it's too warm for me so I don't expect to use it much). Sadly, you lose the cooling/warming effects if you use an additional pillowcase over it, which I normally do (I like keeping white covers/cases safe from my head-sweat!), but it's worth it here in my opinion as the included cover works surprisingly well. While the cover is nice and thick, it obviously doesn't work as a pillow on its own. Which leads to my main issue: with the inner insert piece, the full pillow just feels too tall and dense. I think a solution would be if the cover was a bit thinner, and if the box came with two inserts instead of one. I would love for this pillow to just be an inch or so shorter, and slightly less dense, but as it is now it's just too much for me. I struggle falling asleep since my head feels too high! As of now, my absolute favorite pillow is a water pillow - it has a memory foam "shell" that you fill with as much or as little water as you need. My second-favorite pillow is one that's stuffed with shredded memory foam, which you can add/remove to your heart's content. This Brookstone one is by far the best "traditional" plush pillow I've ever used. I love the cover, and as I said it's exceptionally well-made. But since it's so close to being perfect for me, I just wish it were more customizable. I'll keep using it as a back support, or just to rest on during the day, as it really is super comfortable. But for sleeping, I'll definitely stick with my water pillow. All of that said, if you like your pillows tall and dense and plush, this one is definitely worth trying.

Very comfortable two in one pillow
This versatile two in one pillow has all of the elements combined for a perfect night sleep. It has a foam core and a plush cover surrounding it, which makes for a cool and comfortable night sleep. I have tried dozens of pillows and I’ve never been really satisfied with any and this one comes in close to the top. It supports my neck and is extremely comfortable.

Nice and dense

My new favorite pillow
I have never had a more comfortable pillow in my life! The height of the pillow helps your neck rest comfortably while you're sleeping, i haven't gotten a kink in my neck since i got it. The memory foam in the pillow perfectly forms to your head to get a very restful sleep. The brookstone dual comfort pillow has definitely changed my sleep game to a whole new level
