I need help!
I have needed to replace my genuine Brother ink cartridges 3 times in the past few months. I print around 20-30 sheets per week. Why does it run out so quickly? Do I need to change printer or ink?

Cartridges seem to be dried up!
I purchased this ink and followed all instructions, it does not print correctly, some of the image is lighter than others, the colors are very faded. I have had to email my stuff to my husband to print at his work due to the very very poor printing.

Great so far
Good experience with printer so far. I print out a LOT of papers for school including power points with lots of colored pictures and ink has lasted me a good while. I appreciate that they cover ground shipping.

User error on ink cartridges?
For some reason, the colored ink isn't working. The new black cartridge is working well. Maybe, just maybe this is user error? Hmmm...

Terrible … better off with an HP
The ink is a hassle to order and top of that is more expensive than other brands and types i’ve used in the past. I’m considering just trashing it rather than spending more money to replace the ink at current rate, considering I’m only using it a few times a month and printing few pages but yet the ink runs out quickly. Avoid this printer all together.

Wish I had read reviews before I bought
I have always had a Brother printer and loved them, BUT this printer is hard to use, no screen to see what is going on , not user friendly and the ink has run out much quicker than any other printer I have had from them. The replacements are Very expensive and there is no off brand available. Do Not Buy this one!

ISO Yields sure, reality not so good
These cartridges are very expensive for how much ink you get. There is an enormous amount of wasted space and no high yield available (know more can fit because the black already does it). Also there are no aftermarket options available and Brother makes up an arbitrary page count that is not actually based on how full the cartridge is (must use an algorithm to determine based on print job how much it thinks it has used) and the cartridges are chipped to ensure that it is difficult to work around (like refilling). Find a printer with a more common cartridge with aftermarket ones available.
