I purchased these shoes 13 days ago, but I still have no idea when they will arrive. There is no update on whether they have even been shipped. I tried to contact the seller multiple times, but they have not responded. I wanted to cancel my order, but it is no longer possible. I deeply regret buying from this seller—they are completely unresponsive and unreliable. I would not recommend this brand or company at all.

Either too big or too small

My usual US size is a 9. Size 39 was just a smidge too small, short in length. Size 40 was too long and roomy in the toe box. They would have been great in the right size. Sigh.
