Irresponsable seller

Loved how the boots look on the website. Placed my order and the item was processing for 10 days! Then the seller canceled the order . I was not aware that Macys was selling items from third parties. If so they should be more responsible with the outcome. It is very disappointing that this happened and Macys did nothing to resolve the issue!

These are GORGEOUS. If it's your style, buy them!

These are my go-to boots atm! I love everything about them. Bueno has never let me down on a purchase or with their customer service. It's always my first stop when shopping for footwear!
