Snaps Don’t Stay Closed

nice shirt, nice material, nice pattern BUT snaps are defective. several do not stay closed. what do i have to do, purchase four of these shirts and hope to get a non-defective one? where’s the manufacturers quality control? A: there isn’t any; otherwise, this wouldn’t have happened. good way to lose a customer for future purchases of a brand. waste of everyone’s time, tying up money, having to return. macy’s needs to issue a chargeback to the manufacturer so that no more defective items reach the customer. disappointed for sure.
