Pretty dress, but....

Beautiful dress, nice fabric. Size of top of dress cut small. I would have loved for this dress to work out, but will have to return.

Very cute, but has issues in its fastenings

This dress is made of lovely lightweight rayon in a pretty dark navy background with flowers/patterns on it, but the wraparound fastenings on this dress are not well designed for ease of putting on and wearing. There should be an extra reinforced hole in the waist for the “wraparound” feature to work, and the bodice needs two snap buttons. There is one snap button, but it feels frail, and like the whole drape of the dress depends on this one little snap. When I put it on (after fiddling with it for 10 minutes), there was a large flounce in the bust and upper waist area that is not flattering and doesn’t fit the silhouette of the dress—and it just looked wrong. But I couldn’t figure out how to make the dress fit better on top. The dress fits true to size, and it has nice features, but the design has flaws, and it’s too complex to put on and get it fitted correctly.
