Great value on this gift set

I switched to Burberry Her about two years ago and was so pleased when I saw this gift set which was not only discounted as a set but on sale for Black Friday. The scent is very light but doesn't fade and it comes with a smaller travel sized bottle that works well to carry in your purse or gym bag (or of course, to travel with in your carry-on bag). I don't use creams, so that gets repurposed as a stocking stuffer!

Haven't Received

On December 6, 2025, the tracking showed that my packages were delivered, so I went out to pick them up. However, two packages from the same order were missing, and I reported this to Macy’s Customer Service. They asked whether I preferred a credit or a reshipment. I chose a reshipment because I need the items, including the Chanel Chance Perfume 3.4 oz (NEW) and Burberry Her Eau de Parfum Travel Spray 0.33 oz. About 12 hours later, I received a denial email stating it was based on “reviewing my order history,” even though I have been a Macy’s customer for around 10 years. I reported the issue again, and another representative told me I would receive a confirmation email within 24 hours—but I did not receive anything. I reported the issue a third time, and another representative told me this would be my last claim and that I should wait 24–48 hours for confirmation. This situation is not my fault, yet Macy’s has not assisted me or resolved the issue despite it being caused by their own mistake.

She’s my everyday fragrance. I love layering with a strawberry scented lotion or oil for better longevity and projection. Can’t go wrong with this fragrance she’s a must have for the collection. Very playful and girly.
