Never Received Item

I placed my order and supposedly the item shipped. UPS tracking only reflected the shipping label was created. The item was never provided to UPS. Awful customer service. I asked for a replacement and they said sure we will replace. Less than 5 minutes after hanging up the phone with customer service I receive an email saying out of stock. Just horrible customer service!

TAKES ME BACK!

I had this when it came out in 2007 & I wore it on a trip to Paris, so it’s very nostalgic. I had been looking for it EVERYWHERE for years and I was so happy to find it at Macy’s. I bought it no questions asked. It’s almost exactly the same as the OG formula. To me, it’s a little different than the OG in little ways, I think that’s to be expected after 18 years. Super happy to be reunited and happy with this purchase!

Damaged and poor customer service

Never recieved it. Got damaged with UPS. I bought it on a 1 day sale. And customer service wouldn’t replace or match the price. Now I have to wait for them to get the box back from UPS and then it will take 10 to get money back. Meanwhile sold out. It was a birthday gift for my daughter and the customer service person said she understood my frustration but Happy early Birthday to my daughter. Ugh very disappointing that Macy’s would do that. I have to wait on my money when I didn’t even lay eyes on the package. Not right.
