Absolutely awful
I received this today. Absolutely awful. It smells and tastes like menthol-flavoured dirt. I will never buy this product again. Looking at other reviews, it seems to be a common opinion. This was my first time trying it, but it sounds like it was better a year or so ago. I'll stick to my usual brand.

Meh
As reported by many, I am also not a fan of this new formulation. I wasn't aware it had changed and I am left disappointed in both the texture and color. I don't mind the smell as much as others seem to but it does seem to be a completely new product.

Lovely color but awful taste / smell
The color of this is beautiful but the smell/taste is not at all what I was expecting. I was expecting a light fruity or bees wax smell but this smells extremely strong! And not at all like what you would expect. It smells like old commercial use hand soap/musty perfume/smoke. And has a very chemical/perfume taste. It's so strong that it is unusable. Very disappointed.

New formula of Pomegranate Lip Balm?
Used to be my favorite lip balm but something has changed. The smell, the taste, and how it feels on the lips is nothing like it used to be. I really don’t like it anymore. It’s awful. Has me searching for a new good lip balm now. Really frustrating

I’ve been using this product for over 10 years. The formula has changed and it was such a disappointment. Please change the formula back to what it was in the early 2000s. I started using it around 2009 and it was great.

Smells of smoke
Very disappointed this used to be my favourite lip balm, the lip balm now smells vile like stale smoke.
