Not Macys first Christmas

Can’t review the product because Macys completely ignored my order status even until this day, Dec 30th. Zero communication about where it is, if a replacement is coming or why it was never sent to the store for pick up. One item. Despite numerous chats, I have not received a credit nor an apology for just acting act I never placed the order.

Macy's dropped the ball

Seeing as I NEVER received the item and Macy's has yet to send me anything with the status of my order let alone insult me by sending this review, that tells you what you need to know. After all these Holiday season's Macy's can't even manage a simple gift set set to deliver, not to my home to another store for pick up.
