Very disappointed

I'm so disappointed I purchased this necklace about 2 weeks ago and it broke while I was wearing it. I will be rretuning.

the second time it even worse

I bought this necklace twice, the first I had to return it because it was completely tangled and with knots, then I ordered it one more time because I wanted to please my daughter and the second time I received it even worse, this is a shame!!
