Difficult to Open

I love Bvlgari but the bottle for the Omnia collection is not practical a least for the smaller size.

BVLGARI's perfume TOP DEVASTED!

The Bvlgari 5-Pc was EVERYTHING, I desired a piece of enchanting smells that are sensual and sexy. However, to open them are NERVE WRECKING AND FRUSTRATING. I returned my initial set because I just knew it was defective because they would not open. Only to learn from the Sales Associates that the top is DIFFICULTIES TO USE... Omnia Crystalline Eau de Toilette, 0.17-oz. Omnia Coral Eau de Toilette, 0.17-oz. Omnia Amethyste Eau de Toilette, 0.17-oz.

I loved the price. A few were hard to open in my opinion. A perfect way to try them all out before making a bigger investment.

It is Impossible to open the bottles

Fragrances excellent, but the Omnia bottles were impossible to open or to operate me. They have a plastic cover than in one bottle I could move with big care but could not absolutely release a single drop of the fragrances, the other two bottles were the same, impossible to take off the plastic cover. Pls inform what to do, unfortunately for me I do not have a Macys store near me, I used to go to the store in Daytona Beach. I live in Port Orange, Fl

Nice but bad manufacturing

Great smells but just like the others have mentioned, the round silver tops are impossible to open. I use a butter knife to pry the tops open! Ridiculous! Change the functionality of those bottles and you’re Golden.
