Macy's sent me a used/damaged shoes. I was very disappointed. Why would a reputation business send their customers used item? Unbelievable...

shoes no so good

I like this shoes a lot, but something is wrong ( slip on from the heels)..you can not walk normal I have in my closet 11 pairs of beezes, and this is the only one I have to return..
