Cute but very small

Liked the style and material was good quality, Color was similar to the online picture, but duller - not as bright as pictured. The real problem was sizing, this shirt runs really small. I generally wear a XSP in JJill, Other brands, usually a small or 6-8 petite. I ordered a small in this shirt and it was uncomfortably snug through the shoulders, chest and arms; a little better through the middle. For reference, I am 5'1", 119 pounds, bra 34 DD. Planning to return.
