Made an awful mess every time the grinder was used in the first 4 months and then the grinder broke completely after 7 months of use despite following care instructions to a T

Very Disappointing
We use this GE Café Bellissimo Espresso Machine only 4–6 weeks a year in our second home. Even with such light use, the first unit stopped working after nine months and was replaced under warranty. The replacement unit has now failed just a year later. Unfortunately, GE will not replace it again. Very disappointing for a premium machine that’s barely been used — I expected better reliability from the Café line.

Amazing product
This product is amazing. Who needs Starbucks when you can have Starbucks in your kitchen at a reasonable price me and my wife absolutely love it not to mention. It looks very nice on the counter. A lot better than your regular coffee pot.

Not intuitive to figure out

We'd like to help you with the operation of your espresso machine. You can get a less watery coffee by adjusting the coffee bean grind size to a finer setting during grinding operation. You can also go to the SmartHQ app and adjust coffee settings. Great beginner machine
Overall I'm super happy with my machine. Makes beautiful espresso and is very easy to use. I'm a super beginner in the espresso hoddy, and for me the built-in grinder is completely sufficient. Can definitely notice that you don't have infinite options for dialing in - but I wouldn't expect that to begin with. That would be a reason to buy a dedicated grinder - but for a first espresso machine and to just figure everything out I couldn't be happier.
