Wonderful toaster oven!
Wonderful toaster oven. It can do practically anything you need to cook or bake. There are settings that can easily be customized to your own requirements. I ordered the matte black. It is tall and sleek. I measured before purchasing to ensure I had the required space. So far, it has handled everything I would use my regular oven to bake. Really happy with my purchase.

Great way to save $ using the countertop oven
This is our second Cafe Couture Oven. We thoroughly enjoyed the oven but after 14 months it died just two months past the one year warranty. Hopefully the replacement oven last longer. We used the oven several times a week mostly the air fry and bake modes. It matches our white Cafe refrigerator and microwave.

Do not buy!
The item arrived and was defective. The first time we tried to use it it did not work! I would not recewommend. The materials will also very flimsy and not good solid quality.
Impressive Countertop Oven
We just received our Matte Black Cafe Couture Oven. Our kitchen is full of Matte Black Cafe appliances so this fits in well. My first concern was temperature accuracy and although we haven't actually made anything in the oven yet, I did run it for 30 minutes at 350° with a Taylor oven thermometer in it and it read exactly 350°. I did plug it into a Watt meter and during the pre-heat it did hit 1500 Watts. When the heating elements weren't on but the oven was still running I saw ~30 Watts. With the oven completely turned off it's using just under 1 Watt. The glass in the door does get pretty hot but the rest of the unit remained cooler than expected. Ours is sitting on our countertop with cabinets above and it never really got above warm. I'm very please with the looks and electrical performance.

Nice oven, but…
We’ve had our mat white Cafe toaster/convection oven for just over a year. The location of the heating coils makes cleaning a little difficult. Functionally, the oven does a fine job—the pizza mode is excellent as is the toasting option. Our issue is appearance. The heat emanating from around the door has created browning spots. Mr. Clean Eraser nor mild Bon Ami have any affect on the spot removal. Along those same lines (heat escaping through the door)…the door does not firmly close. This prevents the oven from operating. I often have to PUSH the door closed so that the oven will function. I’d buy another one—but not one that is white.
