Elegant and functional but not fussy
Elegant and functional but not fussy. A friend had this set for years and is downsizing so she gave it to us. I've always loved it. I searched for it to get an idea of how much to give her since she won't say. I think I'll have to give her more than I planned! This table is sturdy, my kids are sitting on it as I type and it doesn't make me nervous bc the glass has a backing. Benefits of a solid table with elegance of glass. The leaf is amazing and this extends in seconds.I was amazed at how easy. I'm pinching myself that it's mine. We have a custom farm table on table the way and I almost want to just use this as our formal table and not put this in the kitchen! But the farm table is larger. I can't stress how beautiful and functional this is. She had it in an apartment so a self storing leaf is important. I know when I show my parents this set they might just buy one for themselves! And my dad hates glass.
Stylish and Good Quality
I bought the Cafe Late Dining set based on the store salesman's recommendation and advise. Also it is a perfect match with the rug I had purchased. Even though it's a smaller sized table I bought six chairs instead of four. Plus the way the table expands is pretty awesome. It can easily fit eight chairs when extended. It really is a good quality, beautiful set made of real wood!
The wait was worth it.
I've had my eyes on this set for 5 years. With the recent purchase or our house there was finally room for it. My Wife loves the look but was afraid about the light color of the fabric on the chairs. With in two days of having at home one of our cats got up on one of the chairs with muddy paws. I don't think I need to tell you how upset my Wife was. The micro fiber fabric though cleaned right up. Easter's coming and we can't wait to have our family sitting around it for dinner.
Great Table
I was very excited to receive this lovely table. The delivery/set up man was very professional and took great care to make sure the mechanism for expanding the size worked correctly. It is beautiful and the first thing guests notice on entering. The chairs are very comfortable, and the table cleans easily.I couldn't be happier.
Disappointed
Table came damaged & has to be replaced. Chairs have tight plastic covering with sticker saying not to use knife to remove, which I understand. But delivery team was not able to give me suggestions on how best to remove covering safely.

Amazing dining set ... it looks great on my breakfast area. Awesome quality.. For the price is a great purchase.
Excellent Buy
For the price point, this is a great dining set. Looks very contemporary and elegant. I've had it for about 3 years now and have no complaints. I have toddlers who constantly spill on the seat cushions and the fabric cleans up well. I always use place mats as I'm scared to scratch the glass and to date, no scratches that we can really see, also very easy to clean. I have used it for large family gatherings and it was great. We have a small dining area and this fits perfectly. Six people can definitely sit down to have dinner in a small area, a winner in my book.
Great table
This table fits perfectly and looks great in our small rowhome. It extends easily. Have the delivery people show you how to open it, took me quite a while after they left to figure it out on my own. Only complaint: our dinnerware easily scratches the glass top. They're very tiny scratches, but we notice them. We now always use placemats.
