The coffee maker is beautiful and pairs really well with the other matte white appliances. However, I'm on my second one and won't be buying a third. The lights have gone out in part of the clock, and the carafe is peeling and has water sloshing around despite never being submerged.

We’d like to assist with the issues you’re having with the carafe and the lights on the clock. We recommend disconnecting the appliance from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting; this resets it. For the issue with hearing sloshing inside the carafe, please make sure you’re taking off the top of the carafe and emptying it completely. It’s possible there may be some coffee left that can’t be poured out because of the construction of the valve. The top has to be removed by twisting a quarter turn and pulling. Don’t waste your money on this product
The First coffee maker stopped brewing, it was still under warranty and the replacement they sent me if you fill the water reservoir to 10 cups of water will brew all 10 cups no matter what you select, don’t waste your money on this

bad temperature retainment
looks great but carafe is disappointing. coffee cools almost immediately and need to rewarm within half an hour. Had previous maker from another company where the coffee stayed warm for hours and half the price. Will not be replacing with same unit when necessary,

Coffee maker will fail in 1 year.
After 1 year of owning this expensive coffee maker the heating element went out and GE will do nothing about it. For a coffee maker this expensive GE should replace their poor quality machine. I will never buy another GE product and I will advise anyone to think twice.

Outstanding Coffee Pot
Absolutely love this coffee pot. Style and function are both fantastic. And it brews quickly. The opening in the top of the carafe is big enough to get your hand in to clean the pot too.

Don’t buy
After a few years use, metal is peeled off the carafe and the base is cracking. It’s just 2 people using this machine Cafe is not supportive and I do not recommend buying this.
