Disappointed
It makes great coffee, but it is not holding up. All the plastic parts are stained and the interior of the pot is peeling at upper rim.

We are happy to hear that your coffee maker is making great coffee. Keeping this unit clean is imperative, and we are happy to provide some cleaning tips. After each use, empty the carafe. Rinse the carafe and lid under warm running water. Letting coffee stand overnight in the carafe can lead to staining. For a deeper clean, wash regularly in warm, soapy water and a soft bristled brush. Do not use abrasive cleaners as they may scratch the finish. Rinse and dry thoroughly. The carafe and lid are not dishwasher safe.

Perfect coffee!
Loving the machine, seems sturdy enough to work for years. The only gripe I had was the silly flimsy plastic guides for the carafe top - instead of a solid button, it has tiny u-shapes that broke the first day, fell into the carafe and ended up in my mouth. It was cheerfully replaced by the company & received right away, so no harm done, but it's a design flaw that could result in someone swallowing the plastic pieces. Beef up that vital area & I would rate the entire unit 5 stars!

Great coffee maker, but cleaning is a chore!
The design of this appliance is pretty stunning and gets great compliments from visitors to our home. It makes great coffee and using the app to start the coffee maker from bed is a godsend on most days. The large reservoir ensures I only need to fill it once ever other day and adds to the convenience of the coffee maker. Now the not so good, cleaning after each use can be challenging. The filter basket is fairly easy to clean. The screw on lid is a chore as a lot of water gets trapped in the lid, so you spend a minute or two shaking all the water out of it. The carafe has a lip where the plastic top is attached to the stainless pot. Water, coffee and dishwashing soap get trapped in that are so extra care is needed to ensure a good clean rinse. There is a small part that attaches to the machine and keeps water from the drip and the coffee grounds separated. This needs to be removed and cleaned at least every other use. Otherwise you will have a bunch of old coffee grounds stuck to it. The filter basket snaps into place on the machine with two small plastic tabs. Needless to say one of the tabs broke off in the first 30-days of use. It still works with one tab intact fortunately.

Best Coffeemaker owned in 40 years!
Best coffeemaker I have ever owned! Love the carbon filters and ease of replacement. I use only Zero Fiktered water ( no dissolved solids). The app makes things so easy!! I usually set at 4 or 6 cups ( set as favorites). The only thing is if your kitchen is cold the carafe is cold and has a cooling effect on coffee temp. You can preheat w hot water if that is a big deal. But it’s better than burning coffee! You can nuke for 30 seconds if u don’t think hot enough. I generally don’t mind. Flavor is great! Cleaning is easy. Using timer is a gem! Grinds and heats really incredibly fast! Would recommend! The coffeemaker and carafe is extremely well made! The carafe is very solid! Again highly recommend !

Love the look and function of the Grind and Brew .... the included brush remedies any issue ... as it does get clogged at times when grinding .... Wish I could create a stronger coffee .... but got past that by adding a scoop of pre ground beans in the basket previous to brewing ....

Good design
Love the wifi feature. wake up and press brew. Makes a good cup of coffee. I put in my 24 oz and its all done automatically. A little cleaning but nothing crazy. I hoped someone would make a pour-over type machine like this.

5 year owner and still loving our coffee
My husband and I were using the carafe for making our coffee but recently moved to brewing individual cups. We are saving coffee and it always tastes so much better freshly brewed! If I would make one suggestion is would be for the carafe pour spout to be modified.
