Runs very small

I purchased this for my teenage daughter. She usually wears a size 3 in juniors. She is a very slim build so I thought the small would work fine even though reviews stated it runs small. I was wrong. The suit was just slightly too tight. We are exchanging for a size medium. Daughter loved the suit construction and design, but worried it was a bit too tight. I gave it a 4 star rating because it is a good suit, but just runs small.
