Do not recommend

Very light and thin, burns food easily. Although it is non-stick, I would not recommend it.

I'm liken it.

I've used the non-stick for a year or more and really wanted to try the ceramics. This is a great pan and I'd recommend to others. I wish they'd sell the sauce pans seperately.

Modern cookware

Heats quickly, cooks evenly across the surface at a lower setting than my previous nonstick pan. Surprisingly lightweight. Can be used in the oven up to 450F. Very pleased with this pan.
