Nice but too light

I purchased this griddle to replace one I've had for 20 years. The new one is more "non-stick" than the old one and I really like it, but it feels too light when you pick it up. I know it's just a subjective thing, but I miss the "quality" feel of the old one.

It’s Better With Two

I love my original Calphalon Ceramic griddle so much; so much so that I ordered my second one! I can get both of them going at the same time…makes cooking a large meal a breeze. Clean up is effortless, and then they are both ready to go again in just minutes. Honestly, I don’t know how I managed without having two of them. I’m in love with my “twins”!

Love it!

Have always wanted a griddle to be able to do large batches of French toast, bacon, etc. Glad I made the investment-it’s worth it! Nonstick finish is awesome and the handles are positioned just right, too.

Nice product

The non stick surface is great. Unfortunately, it warped slightly after the first use, so doesn’t sit completed flat on my cooktop, and things don’t cook evenly.
