Not my favorite from Calphalon

Handles are hollow and get hotter faster than previous pans. They also drip water through them all over my counter when washing if I don’t remember to angle them correctly. Feel much lighter weight and less durable than previous pans I’ve had. I’ll use them but wouldn’t buy again.

Reduced Quality

Saute pans

The two saute pans I bought were okay. I would buy again but they are not made as well as the ones I bought a few years ago. The price was also okay.

Workhorse

I finally had to replace my last Calphalon frying pan after many years of heavy use. Macy’s had a very good price so bought here. This new one makes we wish I’d done it sooner. It’s wonderful to have a brand new non-stick surface to cook with and cleaning it is so much easier. The heat is also very even - I could see this as I sautéed some garlic. I would definitely recommend Calphalon and specifically the 12” fry pan.
