Awesome Personified

My wife needed a new, extra large, deep frying pan after the one she used for 20 years gave up the ghost back in the late summer 2024. She has already put her new prized possession to good use and we have enjoyed among other delectables her chili.

Good pan but…

Just purchased 3rd 12” jumbo pan, great product until the most current version release. New handle design eliminated the coated handles and they now burn your hand during use. MUST use some type of handle cover which is a significant downgrade… disappointed.

One pan for so many things.

After 21 years I need a new one. Love the weight, the depth is perfect for veggies. I use it like a wok.

Hot handle

Or if the pan contents are too liquid, I will use a trivet to stabilize the pan if I have to move it from the stove to the oven or oven to counter andmake sure the food doesn't slosh around and spill. Otherwise, one off my most used pieces in my collection.

Non-Stick Coating Does Not Last

Non-stick coating scratched within 1 month of light usage. Only used wooden spatula and cleaned with non-stick safe sponge. Disappointed.
