Oldie But Goodie

LOL! I bought this baking sheet about 6 years ago, and now wishing I’d bought a few more! It is superb to any other type or brand that I own! Could we please have more of these, and in different sizes would be wonderful. I did happen to see a review that stated their food stuck to the sheet. I think this may have been a one off as one of my friends also had several of these baking sheets and never had this issue either. Great Job Calphalon!!

Favorite cookie sheet

This is my favorite cookie sheet. Cookies slide right off nicely browned. No rim to get in the way. The raised ends make it easier to take out of the oven.

Not sure what doesn't stick to it

I have tried using this sheet for baking homemade pizzas and unfortunately the crust sticks to the pan EVERY time. Very frustrating, especially for a non-stick surface. I have two of these and am thinking about donating them to a local scrap metal collector.
