Rack It Up

A very nice heavy duty rack! Will purchase another one! I have put off buying a rack for years, but doesn't everyone need one or two of these when they bake? It is essential, don't wait, get one.

Easy clean up!

I can't say enough about how great this rack is. Nothing sticks to it. I've discovered a great way to cook (roast) chicken now. I place this on my covered cookie sheet (no clean up) and place the chicken on top of it. Chicken cooks on all sides, no flipping needed. Yesterday I placed partially boiled fingerling potatoes under the rack and let the chicken drip on them. DELICIOUS. Clean up of the rack is 1,2,3. Nothing sticks and the scrubby sponge cleans it with one wipe. I highly recommend.

Fits nicely into my sheet pans

These are a nice weight, non stick and best of all fit into the sheet pans I use. I can't wait to use them.
