Did not know what I was missing

Wow, I've never owned a real cookie sheet before - I've always used a pan or whatever I had. It's so much nicer to use a cookie sheet - the cookies cook more evenly, it's easier to move them around. This is a hefty sheet, and it's got two layers sandwiching some space inside. There are holes on the backside I assume for air to circulate - when you are washing this sheet it is possible to get water trapped in there and suddenly find water wherever you end storing it. That's the only thing I don't like about it. Lastly, mine arrived slightly damaged - it was packaged strangely in a huge box with not enough cushioning. I planned to return it and buy another but it was just too much hassle.

Great Cookie Sheet

I was so tickled to find these insulated cookie sheets. The ones I already had were great but very old and needed replacing. These sheets work so well for cookies. I bought two of them.

Great cookie sheets

I really like the Calphalon brand. These cookie sheets are a great addition to my collection of Calphalon kichen ware. I really like that they are insulated.

Functional

This is a good cookie sheet. A little slippery though and I dropped easily and bent the corner on my first use.
