Great design and overall great quality!
I love my 11piece Calphalon pits and pans! They heat evenly for cooking and the cleanup is crazy easy- like I’ve never seen before. I appreciate the silicone coating on the handles to keep them from getting as hot to handle. The lid handles have this coating also. Great design and overall great quality!

From quick weekday stir-fries to weekend batch cooking, it’s held up surprisingly well. Let me break it down based on what really matters. Durability: These pans are tough as nails. The hard-anodized aluminum construction feels premium right out of the box, and after months of heavy use on my gas stove, there’s zero warping, chipping, or fading on the nonstick surface. I accidentally dropped the 10-inch fry pan once, and it bounced back without a scratch—unlike my old set that dented at the slightest nudge. Cleaning Ease: This is where it shines. The triple-layer nonstick coating means food slides right off, even eggs or cheesy sauces. A quick wipe with a soft sponge and dish soap does the trick; no scrubbing required. I’ve tossed them in the dishwasher a few times (though hand-washing is recommended), and they come out looking brand new. No more elbow grease battles! Longest lasting pans!
So for starters in the early 2000s these were the only pans my mom bought. When I went to move out she gave me hers and I used them for 5 more years until I finally bought my own. Now, 4 years since my purchase I still have mine and I love them. These are heavy duty, dishwasher safe, long lasting and an extremely trustworthy brand that's been in my family for years. I also always prefer Calphalon when I'm cooking meat because the heat distribution is perfect! It's rare to find products that truly long lasting nowadays but these really really are worth it! They sometimes have these at home goods too for anyone looking for a great deal.

Lost the quality over time
I have been big fan of Calphalon till I bought this. Lot of scratches and very poor quality in recent pans.

Great spots and pans
Love these. This is my 3rd set
Pans good. Lids leech dish water into food.
Pans seem very good, solid. Look great. Wish there had been a larger sauce pan Ended up buying 3.5 qt separately. I only ever use wood or silicone on my non-stick so am not worried about scratching. Problem is that the lids retain water from when washed. That water from the lid leeches out into the pan when cooking - unless it's been a couple/few days since lid was washed.. Just frankly an unacceptable thing for cookware. Replacement set just recently received - same thing.

The lids :(
I have used the same Calphalon set for 25 years and have loved it! Never put in dishwasher, never used metal utensils. I knew it was time to replace and wanted Calphalon again, so I purchased the Premier set in January. The pots are lighter than my originals and the handles do stay cooler. That is why they get two stars instead of zero. My issue is with the lids. Yes, I read the reviews about them and thought perhaps it was a random defect. I was wrong. It is a design flaw. The lids have water trapped between the glass and the rim. Currently, I have 3 that have been sitting in my dish drain for 4 (FOUR) days. If I shake the lid hard enough, a few drops of water will come out. A couple of lids from my old set will work on the new ones, but this is terrible Calpahon. So disappointed! My pictures show the tops and undersides of both old and new lids. The new lids have a large gap (the black area) along the rim. You can't see the water but it's there.

isn’t dishwasher safe
this isn’t dishwasher safe at all I put in dishwasher and it became white and they look ugly now I wish I opened it earlier when I bought now I can’t even return it
