Very disappointing

I purchased this a few weeks ago. I am disappointed with the quality. The pan’s handles get very hot, too hot to touch during cooking. The lid is also too hot to touch while cooking too. I have numerous other Calphalon pans and never had an issue with those pans. I also purchase two other Signature pans and all of them have the same issue with the handles being too hot to touch.

Great buy for great quality.

I have owned Calphalon products for over thirty years going back to the anodized aluminum series. I have recently been buying Triply and signature series cookware. Using them properly nothing sticks to the pan including eggs. Calphalon forever!

Great product

I love cooking so I needed something that would last a very long time and I am so happy with the product, cooking is so easy if you follow the directions on how to cook with a stainless steal product. Also I love the design as well.

Awesome pan!

I have used this a few times since I bought it and it is great. Seems to heat evenly and that is the key. Can't wait for the gardens to start producing to use this for fresh veggies. It's easy to clean and looks good too!

Poor interior design/finish

The reason I purchased Calphalon was because I have had great experience with one of your SS woks. I am totally disappointed with this item because the interior of the sauteuse pan has a "brushed finish". The pan is extremely hard to clean because food gets stuck in the bottom of the little scratches from the brushed finish. Extremely poor engineering!

Best pans on the market!

I bought a new glass top electric oven and in order for it work right, the pans have to be completely flat on the bottom. The only pans that I have found that don't warp when they get hot are the Calphalon ones. I love them.

Browns and sears beautifully. Heats evenly. Food does not stick. Making gravy a breeze. Cleans easily.
