Puckered sleeves makes it look damaged

Soft fabric, lovely lining... but the puckered sleeves look strange. Looks like a thread got caught and the designer at happy hour said let's go with it! Just do the other side!! No one had the guts to speak up at the design meeting. Would love a folded sleeve showing the pretty lining but cannot do that with the pucker. Ug. The search for post pandemic professional wardrobe continues... Pull on pants, bunny slippers, jeggings and Mrs. Roper smocks need not apply!!! :/
