broke easily

Used it once, had a huge crack in it. The wheels are fine. It pushed easily enough, but did not hold up for a checked bag.

Not worth for money

I could use it only one time. It broke when I checked in airport . I have to change my bag since it broke on side and not safe for use. I never had this problem with other company similar product. Disappointed.

Absolute Garbage

Outer shell cracked on first trip with this spinner. Cheap material. Incredibly disappointed that it carries Calvin Klein label

The outer shell completely cracked on first use. Very low quality. After contacting them about the lack of durability of the bag, Macys did nothing to help despite the baggage being defective as I had purchased it a month prior to my trip and their policy only covers 30 days.
