very poor quality

I bought 2 of this sweater , 2 different colors for my wife the first one torn from the neck at the first use , the second one torn after 3 washes , very light fabric feels very cheap , poor quality , i want my money back.. very disappointed .. it looks like Calvin Klein had changed their materials .
