every day for me

I just received it . Of course the negative feedback from friends- its too heavy, what are u going to put in it? I am not concerned because I know even if its 1/2 empty, it looks awesome and comfortable straps for support. Im in the car and on the move daily. I am done pretending I can go to a smaller bag. Maybe on the weekend? Hmm.. let me see what Calvin has..

A bit disappointed

Was delivered with a scratch on the metal and the tag so tangled on the strap that it nearly broke the strap trying to get the tag off. Seems Macy's needs some kind of quality control. The bag itself is of nice quality.
