Two weeks for delivery horrible

Horrible experience of delivery and shipping was going to be gift and they kept changing each time label and delivery it takes way too long to write review here only 50 characters in order to post a real review .how insane is that no thank you

Purple Purse was NEVER received

I ordered this bag on 10/12/24, and have yet to receive it. Tracking indicates is was delayed on 10/21, but a UPS label was created. UPS has not received the package for delivery and Macy's policy doesn't allow me to cancel until after 30 days.

Who knows - never rec’d item

I ordered this weeks ago. Was given 2 delivery dates and it still never arrived. It did not say shipped by vendor or I would not have ordered. Macys can claim they have no control, and refuse to credit until it is 16 days past expected delivery. Macys cs has really gone downhill.
