Disappointing

I was so hopeful for the style. Conceptually, I love the card holder pouched on the strap, however, it needs redesign as it has no card holding ability when zipped open. It needs the wallet slats to hold the cards, otherwise I am too nervous cards will fall out if accidentally left open or if it inadvertently came unzipped. Purse creeks and cracks with movement as others reported. Product needs redesign to be more functional. Disappointing!

Disappointed.

I love this purse. I love the look of it. I love the size of it. I love that even though I'm 5 feet tall it works great as a crossbody. But oh my gosh, it creaks so bad that every single step I take would be loud enough to get the attention of anyone within 10 feet.

Zipper broke

Zipper broke and bag is too heavy and not flexible. Space inside is limited. Nice look and style but not functional.

Bag is not worth the money.

I purchased this bag a few months ago. After using it twice, the zipper teeth came off. Zipper appears to be made of plastic. Macy's would not do an exchange because it was past 30 days. Will not purchase anymore Calvin Klein bags.
