I placed my order correctly and thought I would get what I needed. WRONG I ordered black and received grey. I then reviewed Macy's website and realized if you click on the color black, the color black is highlighted but the color name changes to grey. I also read the other reviews and they had the same complaint. These other's obviously had time to correct and reorder the color they wanted. I did not. The vest was delivered to the store the day before it was needed and I was there to pick it up the following morning. I felt there would be no problem considering we had been to the store, checked out the product, it fit perfectly but there was no black. I was very disappointed, to say the least. When contacting Customer Service, they stated the order is filled by a vendor and not the store. I SAY, the vendor only fills orders sent to them by Macy's website. The words Oxford Grey is what they would fill rather the highlighted black dot.
