zipper keeps breaking

I truly love how this coat feels and looks like. My daughter just loves it so much but it is so disappointing that the zipper keeps breaking. I ordered one and the zipper broke after my daughter used it twice. I returned it and asked for a replacement. Then the zipper broke again after one use! I am very upset and frustrated. Even though I love this product, I would not recommend it :(

It looks great, the color is light and I love it. My granddaughter is 7, might be a little bit taller for her age but I ordered it size 8-10 and fits perfectly, loose it but not too big so, I think this is kind smaller than the real size, other than that it’s just great.
