Perfect Concert Dress

Beautiful dress. True to size. Perfect for concerts and recitals. I had multiple moms reach out to me asking where I got her dress. I steamed it inside out to not damage the pleating. However, the under layer was wrinkled pretty quickly with normal wear (not rough housing), which is why dropped a star.
