A dress good enough to wear to Buchkingham Palace.

I already have this same dress in red and white. I love the style so much, I just purchased the same dress in black. I love how regal a cape dress makes me feel. I plan to wear it with Steve Madden's rhinestone 4" strappy pair of heels and matching purse. I will finish the look with Givenchy's matching crystal earrings, necklace and bracelet. This look can take me anywhere including to the White House.
