Difficult zippers!

I thought I would love this bag. I like the wide cross-body strap that is detachable. The size is perfect for my needs with two compartments and pockets. I don't use the attached wallet on the strap but it would be convenient for cards. My disappointment is the zippers. They are very sturdy, but unlike other bags that have the extension so that they can open easily, this bag does not. Thus, it is very difficult (and annoying) to open the zippers. It is for this reason that I will set aside this purse and sell it or donate it.
