Wonderful pillow

I absolutely love this pillow. My old pillow of 10 years had gone flat. I first bought one of the fancy contour pillows and not for me. So I figured what did I have to lose so I bought this one and it is great, I have decided to order a couple more to have for guest.

Insanely bad - avoid at all costs

Off the charts bad experience. Ordered four bed pillows for pick up at the store. Pick up produced two boxes - one with one pillow and one with three. When we got home, the plastic packaging on the box with three was all wet and the pillows were SOAKING WET. How did that happen? One wonders. Called customer service after long wrangle with an AI bot - they wanted ME to drive back to the store to return their shoddy product or pay to mail them back. NEVER buy anything online from them ....
