Beautiful but...

The wrap effect caused the material in front of my stomach to gather and make me look 8 months pregnant. I'm usually a size 8 with CK but this fit was larger. Not sure if that's was caused the material not to look flattering. Going back :(

GORGEOUS!!!

GORGEOUS, GORGEOUS, GORGEOUS! The fabric is luxe & the fit is to die for! The size 4 fits me like a glove! (For reference I am 5’6” 135lbs.)

A return for me

I’m bummed that this dress didn’t work out. There were a lot of things I loved about this dress. To start, the material is very nice, sturdy and forgiving. The fabric also provided some stretch which is helpful especially in a more fitted silhouette like this. The hem line ended around the knees for me at 5 foot 5 which was nice. Overall the fit was spot on for a size 12 which I usually wear in this brand and others. The only thing I didn’t like about this dress was the draping/ruching on the midsection. No matter how hard I tried I couldn’t get it to lay nicely. I had a feeling that if I wore this dress out, I would be messing with it all night. I also noticed how the slip is attached to the main fabric, which is probably a good idea, but for some reason, made the dress not sit flat causing bunching at the hemline and on my back. This sadly made the dress look bulky and unflattering along with making my waistline look larger than it really is.
