Room for improvement

The bag looks nice and is spacious but that's about it. My complaints are, zipper is not smooth and hard to open, and there is only one zipper for each compartment which means I can only open the bag one way. I think I'm going to return this bag.

it's nice but...

I really like this backpack. if not for the blaring Calvin Klein name on the straps and the fact that there is only one zipper to open the main compartment, I would keep it.
