Little small in the arms

This shrug runs a tad small in the arm area, so I sized up. When doing that the rest of the jacket fit a bit too big and wasn’t flattering on. The jacket in person is nice and seems to be a good quality, but the sizing was just too off to fit flattering on me. It had one small clasp at the top of you wanted to close it instead of leave it open.
