Cheap materials. Fell apart

The style and fit of this jacket is beautiful - I got several compliments on it the first few wears. However, after ~5 wears the fabric blend started severely pilling everywhere and the cheap inner fabric tore under both arms. I contacted both Calvin Klein and Macy's within a month of buying this jacket to see if anything could be done - no response/resolution was offered. The jacket is unwearable after <30days of wear. Save your money.
