Sweet but short dress

This dress is adorable and so pretty. I gave it 4 stars because I chose to return it due to the length. I’m only 5’4” and it was a little short. When I raised my arms the dress exposed too much leg. It would be super cute with tights and boots though. I needed to be able to wear it for work and had to pass on it. I would still recommend it for someone shorter and perhaps younger (I’m 52).
